The position requires energy, positivity, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

Moreover, Noodles & Company supports its Shift Managers with an extensive package of perks including competitive pay plus tips, flexible schedules for part-time or full-time hours, early access to earned pay, meal and lifestyle discounts, and enrollment in inclusive resource groups. Employee well-being is a priority, with access to mental health resources, legal and financial support, and comprehensive insurance options including medical, dental, vision, and pet coverage. The company actively promotes a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous development, highlighted by recognition on Forbes’ Best Employers lists.

This opportunity is located in Des Moines, IA, specifically at 2105 Ingersoll Ave, offering a pay range between $14.00 and $20.00 per hour.
