This particular position is for a full-time Shift Manager located at 7401 Windrose Avenue, Ste. 150, Plano, TX 75024. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience characterized by safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency. The Shift Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and motivating a diverse team of hourly Team Members to perform at their best. Responsibilities include managing the flow of service, fostering a respectful and productive workplace, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Shift Manager may also participate in operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory management, as well as being involved in recruitment activities and employee relations.
