The role on offer is a leadership position within Shake Shack's restaurant team, focused on managing the flow of service and leading a team of hourly team members during shifts. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
  • May assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
