The position entails managing the flow of service during shifts, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed are maintained at the highest standards. This role commands a dynamic presence as it involves directing team members, assisting with operational functions such as purchasing and inventory, and contributing to employee relations and hiring. Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
