The Shift Leader role at Taco Bell is a pivotal position that supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in running high-functioning shifts while upholding the company’s standards. Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and follow security practices
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Job Duties
- support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards
- take ownership and responsibility to solve problems and seek help when needed
- ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties
- serve safe and quality food in a friendly manner
- ensure the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members and customers
- solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
- communicate openly and honestly with the management team
- follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures
