Job Duties
- Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor and cash control within budget
- Take appropriate action to solve issues during shifts
- Oversee staff in purchasing, receiving, storing, handling, processing, cooking, packaging, serving and disposing of food products
- Control cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Proactively engage with guests to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with federal, state, county and municipal health, safety and labor regulations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational condition through personal inspection and preventive maintenance
- Maintain a neat appearance by wearing uniform and adhering to dress code
