Job Duties

  • Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor and cash control within budget
  • Take appropriate action to solve issues during shifts
  • Oversee staff in purchasing, receiving, storing, handling, processing, cooking, packaging, serving and disposing of food products
  • Control cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures
  • Proactively engage with guests to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Comply with federal, state, county and municipal health, safety and labor regulations
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational condition through personal inspection and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain a neat appearance by wearing uniform and adhering to dress code
