Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in restaurant leadership roles
  • Valid food safety certification per local regulations
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proven problem solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory management
  • Participate in applicant interviews
  • Assist with employee relations
