Employees also enjoy education support with free English learning classes, no-cost college courses, and reduced tuition degree pathways. Other perks include discounted meals, wireless service discounts, computer and software discounts, gym memberships, and awards recognizing outstanding contributions.

The Shift Leader role is based primarily in your home restaurant, but you may occasionally assist at neighboring locations or support the Market efforts. You will participate in business meetings, leadership training, and development sessions that provide ongoing growth opportunities and help you stay connected to the larger Whataburger organization. Whataburger is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The company participates in the federal E-Verify Program to ensure lawful employment eligibility.
