Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Welcomes guests and is aware of all entrances to patio and dining area
  • Ensures guests are greeted promptly by communicating with service staff and assisting as needed
  • Informs customers of promotions and notifies them of assigned server
  • Manages patron wait list and reservation list as needed
  • Helps to answer phones and routes calls promptly that require supervisor attention
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
  • Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages as needed
  • Helps in running food as needed during high volume times
  • Performs related duties as assigned
  • Regular and timely attendance are required for this position
  • Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work
