Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Regular and timely attendance
- Willingness to follow sanitation and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties
- Welcomes guests and is aware of all entrances to patio and dining area
- Ensures guests are greeted promptly by communicating with service staff and assisting as needed
- Informs customers of promotions and notifies them of assigned server
- Manages patron wait list and reservation list as needed
- Helps to answer phones and routes calls promptly that require supervisor attention
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
- Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages as needed
- Helps in running food as needed during high volume times
- Performs related duties as assigned
- Regular and timely attendance are required for this position
- Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work
