We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to become a vital member of our team. This role is essential in delivering a memorable and caring guest experience aligned with our commitment to exceptional service. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience at our establishments is seamless and enjoyable. You will engage with customers by taking orders, offering recommendations, accurately processing bills, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will maintain composure under pressure, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and positively contribute to the workplace culture. The position demands flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of standing, walking, and carrying items. Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License
- must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts
- frequently move freely about the property
- withstand frequent walking and prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling
- able to work with others and communicate well
- must be able to touch and handle supplies in a safe and non-hazardous manner
- consistent and regular attendance is essential
- willingness to be rescheduled according to business volume
- specific vision abilities including close and distance vision
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Spanish is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent
- good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverages
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle stressful situations with tact and politeness
- positive attitude toward work
- ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds unassisted
- able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental contaminants including smoke
- able to work different shifts including holidays and weekends
- maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness
Job Duties
