As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, playing a crucial role in shaping the guest experience. The role involves greeting customers promptly upon seating, sharing daily specials, and making informed menu recommendations that enhance each diner’s visit. You will efficiently take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. A strong focus on presentation is vital as you inspect dishes before they reach our guests to maintain high standards. Throughout the dining experience, you will manage table upkeep, provide timely refills, and respond promptly to any guest requests. Completing necessary side station tasks and maintaining a clean, safe environment are also key responsibilities that support our seamless service operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (6-8 hours a day)
- Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
- Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies)
- Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles)
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant
- Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer

- Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery
- Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed
- Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment
