Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state mandated guidelines
- learn the Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza menu to answer guests' questions and make suggestions
- maintain a great attitude and smile throughout the shift
- be able to work in a standing position throughout the shift
- be able to safely lift up to 30 pounds
- practice high sanitary standards including frequent hand washing
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in server, waiter, wait staff, runner, restaurant crew member, or customer service roles
- knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- understanding of alcoholic service laws and standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- make sure they feel comfortable and know that you are there to personally take care of them
- find ways to make guests feel special through personalized service and genuine concern for their experience
- maintain outstanding service levels not only in designated table section but for all guests
- process orders and payments quickly and efficiently according to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza standards
- complete all running responsibilities throughout the shift including restocking and replenishing service supplies, condiments, and service ware
