Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
Must be able to lift, bend and stoop
Must have the ability to frequently lift and carry bus tubs, trays, and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more

Job Duties

Coordinate with host/hostess and servers for efficient service and guest satisfaction
Ensure front-of-house cleanliness, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, restrooms, and service areas
Refill drinks as needed and restock dining room and bar supplies
Prepare beverages for service and assist servers as needed
Clear tables between courses, replace dishes, and clean/reset vacated tables
Return dirty dishes to the dishwashing area
Take ownership of and resolve issues promptly
Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing
