Job Requirements
- Some high school education required
- No previous food service experience required
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- Must be able to lift, bend and stoop
- Must have the ability to frequently lift and carry bus tubs, trays, and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Coordinate with host/hostess and servers for efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure front-of-house cleanliness, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, restrooms, and service areas
- Refill drinks as needed and restock dining room and bar supplies
- Prepare beverages for service and assist servers as needed
- Clear tables between courses, replace dishes, and clean/reset vacated tables
- Return dirty dishes to the dishwashing area
- Take ownership of and resolve issues promptly
- Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing
