Job Description

Benedictine is a distinguished not-for-profit senior care organization deeply rooted in four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. These values shape everything we do and guide our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our senior residents. We take pride in fostering a comforting and empowering culture not only for our residents but also for our dedicated team members. By supporting growth and success, we ensure a welcoming environment where every individual feels valued and cared for. Our commitment to a compassionate and respectful workplace sets us apart, cultivating an extraordinary team of associates who share our passion for senior care and community engagement.

We are currently seeking a Server to join our vibrant team at Benedictine. This role is essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our seniors and their visitors within our café setting. As a Server, you will be on the front lines of providing an extraordinary culinary experience tailored specifically to the needs and preferences of an older population. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on positive social interactions and enjoy working closely with seniors. Your role will include serving meals to residents and guests, ensuring the dining area is clean and inviting, and maintaining effective communication with guests, visitors, and fellow associates. The position requires a positive and energetic attitude, a passion for engaging with seniors, and the ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Employment is part-time with a requirement of at least three shifts per week, offering a competitive hourly wage range of $16.71 to $18.45. In addition to a rewarding work experience, Benedictine offers a robust benefits package designed to support the needs of our associates through every stage of life. Benefits include paid time off, retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision coverage, education assistance, and several voluntary benefits, all contributing to a comprehensive support system for our team. Join us at Benedictine to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while growing your career in a supportive and value-driven environment.
