Restaurant Server

This role is a restaurant server position, designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment. Servers are at the forefront of our dining operations, providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide an exceptional dining experience by warmly welcoming guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Servers will engage with guests by informing them of specials and menu changes, answering inquiries about food and beverages, and making genuine recommendations based on guests’ preferences. Communication skills are essential, including the ability to understand and speak the predominant language(s) of our guests to facilitate smooth and natural interactions.

This position requires basic knowledge of dining room operations and service functions, including handling money and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system with efficiency and accuracy. Physical endurance is also important as the job involves standing for extended periods—up to five hours continuousy—and safely lifting and maneuvering trays that often weigh between 20 to 25 pounds. We welcome team players who are prepared to assist fellow servers and bus staff as needed to maintain the smooth, effective operation of the restaurant.
