As a Restaurant Server, the successful candidate will be the frontline ambassador of the restaurant and hotel’s services, actively engaging with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities extend beyond merely taking food and beverage orders; servers are expected to welcome guests warmly, understand their preferences, provide insightful recommendations, and answer any inquiries related to the menu and hotel amenities. Each server will be proficient in using the point-of-sale (POS) system to efficiently enter orders and process payments. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area, performing opening and closing duties, and performing side work throughout the shift comprise essential aspects of the role.
In addition to routine service duties, teamwork is fundamental in this role as servers will support colleagues to maintain smooth restaurant operations throughout shifts. Flexibility to fill in for various roles as directed by supervisors ensures a fluid and efficient workflow. Job Duties
- Welcome and connect with every customer

- Take food and beverage orders and enter them in POS system
- Perform side work and opening and closing duties during shift
- Maintain clean and organized service area

- Prepare final bills, process payments and handle cash
