The role of Restaurant Sales Manager at Hilton is pivotal in driving event revenue and enhancing guest experiences within the hotel dining outlets. As a Restaurant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients to maximize the profitability of restaurant meeting spaces and private dining areas. This role requires a strategic approach to managing and growing client accounts, ensuring loyalty and securing repeat business through excellent relationship management.

Your daily responsibilities will include leading sales efforts by conducting sales calls, attending networking events, and promoting the private dining and restaurant services to drive revenue growth. You will also collaborate closely with restaurant and event management teams to coordinate event logistics, ensuring the seamless execution of private dining events that leave a lasting impression on guests. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license for client visits if required
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth

Job Qualifications
