Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment beneficial
- Must be able to carry full service tray comfortably
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must pass a background check

Job Duties
- Deliver food from kitchen to dining room tables in a timely, accurate manner
- Assist servers with preparation of tables, service station, and coffee station
- Assist servers and bussers with table clearing and side work
- Communicate between kitchen and servers regarding the status of each table and delivery of food
- Assist supervisor and chefs with any assigned tasks
- Polish silverware and complete all sidework as outlined in manual
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests
