Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a high-volume fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • solid understanding of restaurant operations including budgeting and financial management
  • passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required

  • handle guest inquiries concerns and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
  • drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and revenue management
  • collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and promotions
