The role of the Restaurant Manager is critical within the Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona.   • solid understanding of restaurant operations including budgeting and financial management

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required
