Job Requirements
- proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- solid understanding of restaurant operations including budgeting and financial management
- passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required
