Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or food service management
  • certified in food safety
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to resolve conflict effectively

  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • certified in food safety
  • ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • proficient with point of sale and restaurant management software

Job Duties

  • knows the restaurant sales and traffic goals - and works to exceed them
