The company is committed to blending world-class food with warm, welcoming hospitality to create memorable dining moments across its establishments globally. JAG prides itself on fostering an inclusive environment where team members are encouraged to grow, innovate, and excel in their careers.
The Restaurant Manager role at JAG is a critical floor-forward leadership position responsible for the seamless execution of daily services across all dining periods and activations. The manager will work collaboratively to balance shift efficiency, labor management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations, all while cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
This role involves leading daily service execution, including agrave; la carte dining, bar service, private events, and special functions, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing. The Restaurant Manager is charged with upholding the Jose9 Andre9s Group standards by coaching teams on service excellence, managing guest relations with empathy and speed, and monitoring feedback channels to implement continuous improvements. They play an integral part in recruiting, training, and developing staff, emphasizing leadership and performance recognition to build a capable and motivated team.
Financial stewardship is also a key facet of this role; managing labor costs, productivity, and cash controls effectively supports the overall business profitability. The Restaurant Manager partners with culinary and beverage teams to oversee inventory, track waste, and control food and beverage costs. Moreover, they contribute to driving sales growth through upselling programs, reservation pacing strategies, and engagement in local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
Compliance with Department of Health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and labor standards is strictly enforced by the Restaurant Manager, who also leads incident response and maintains up-to-date safety certifications. This role extends to supporting special projects such as menu launches, seasonal offerings, and new location openings, requiring flexibility and proactive involvement.
Overall, the Restaurant Manager position at Jose9 Andre9s Group offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for hospitality professionals eager to lead in a world-class environment. The company provides competitive compensation, performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a nurturing culture that values diversity and employee development. Candidates eager to contribute to an award-winning hospitality group and grow within a respected leader in the industry will find this role fulfilling and impactful.
