This position reports directly to supervisors and ensures the highest standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service are met consistently. The Restaurant Manager must be prepared to deal with challenges like long working hours in varying environmental conditions, including standing for extended periods, and working night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
