Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • experience with consumer brands or restaurant environments preferred
  • familiarity with loyalty programs, CDP platforms, digital marketing analytics, and A/B testing methodologies
  • willingness to travel occasionally for training or conferences

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, analytics, or a related field preferred
  • experience with consumer brands, restaurants, or fast-casual/QSR industry is a plus
  • proven ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • strong communication skills for conveying findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • collaborative experience working with marketing, operations, and finance teams
  • familiarity with loyalty programs, CDPs, digital channel analysis, and A/B testing tools

Job Duties

  • Lead analysis of loyalty programs, digital performance, and sales data to uncover actionable insights
  • support implementation and optimization of our new CDP (Bikky) and POS systems
  • evaluate A/B tests and marketing campaigns to inform future media spend and customer strategies
  • translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • build dashboards and reporting tools that track KPIs and guide performance improvements
  • act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership and cross-department stakeholders
