Job Requirements
- 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences
- Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality or a similar industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Valid Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests
- Lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team
- Evaluate restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food production daily
- Participate in evaluation of food products, kitchen employee performance, and product development
- Develop selection and pricing strategy of all liquors and wines and supervise their procurement
- Assist the General Manager in building financial objectives through the budget process
- Implement and improve the annual marketing plan to meet financial targets
- Manage cost control with a focus on cost of sales and payroll
- Communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
- Provide necessary training and development for personnel
- Conduct regular performance evaluations through quarterly Kimpton Check-Ins
- Implement and conduct ongoing training programs for staff
- Ensure daily cleanliness of the restaurant both internally and externally
- Supervise non-supervisory service employees
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and laws
- Interview, hire, train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and coach employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
