Winter Park Resort is currently seeking a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager for a year-round role. As a Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations of the resort's food and beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding service standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role comprises managing food preparation, service, and staffing, alongside directly supervising bar and floor operations. You will also collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage on purchasing, inventory management, pricing strategies, and enforcing service protocols designed to exceed guest expectations.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of supervisory experience in a casual dining environment, demonstrating strong communication skills, a guest-focused approach, and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. This role demands flexible working hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, supporting the dynamic operational needs of a mountain resort. A valid driver's license, the ability to operate company vehicles and snowmobiles, and requisite certifications in alcohol service, food management, and allergy training are essential for success in this position.
