The Restaurant Manager plays a critical leadership role within our fast-paced and high-volume dining setting. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position oversees the daily front-of-house operations and also has a degree of oversight in kitchen management. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless and polished service, supporting beverage programs, coordinating with our retail teams, and maintaining stringent cost controls. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing floor operations, supervising and developing staff, resolving guest concerns with professionalism, and consistently delivering exceptional hospitality during peak times. The ideal candidate will have experience in upscale casual or high-volume restaurant environments, leadership skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively across culinary and retail teams. With duties ranging from training staff, managing shifts, supporting kitchen scheduling and ordering, to participating in promotional activities, this position is perfect for an individual passionate about operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • 2 years or more of restaurant management experience in upscale casual or high-volume environments
  • Experience managing a kitchen in some capacity
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
  • Proven ability to maintain service standards during periods of high volume
  • Experience with scheduling, training, and basic profit and loss oversight
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years or more of restaurant management experience in upscale casual or high-volume environments
  • Experience managing a kitchen in some capacity
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
  • Proven ability to maintain service standards during periods of high volume
  • Experience with scheduling, training, and basic profit and loss oversight
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Management or exposure to craft cocktail and/or wine programs preferred
  • Experience collaborating with retail or multi-concept properties preferred
  • Strong guest-relation and conflict-resolution skills preferred
  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational best practices preferred
  • A proactive, hospitality-driven mindset with high attention to detail preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead FOH team to deliver consistent, polished service
  • Support kitchen operations in scheduling and food ordering
  • Manage shift execution, floor operations, and guest flow
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to uphold service standards
  • Partner with GM, culinary, and retail teams on promotions and operations
  • Monitor costs, staffing, and service quality to optimize performance
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
