Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong familiarity with vegan cuisine and sustainable restaurant practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of vegan cuisine sustainability practices and food trends

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for evenings weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth service high-quality food preparation and exceptional guest experiences
- Manage and mentor a team of 20+ staff members including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels control costs and optimize profitability while adhering to vegan and sustainable practices
- Uphold health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu items and seasonal specials that align with our vegan ethos
- Handle guest relations resolve issues promptly and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Analyze sales data implement marketing strategies and drive revenue growth through events and promotions
