Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of current salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
- Proven ability to develop and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with systems, methods, and processes that contribute to exceptional execution
- Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
