  • Minimum 2 years of current salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a team effectively
  • Familiarity with systems, methods, and processes that contribute to exceptional execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
