Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and craft unforgettable dining experiences
  • Collaborate with service staff on daily projections, updates, and specialty offerings
  • Manage staff schedules, ensure proper coverage, and monitor overtime
  • Be a visible presence on the dining floor, upholding and exceeding service standards
  • Train, mentor, and guide staff in delivering high-caliber hospitality
  • Coordinate seating flow, address guest needs, and handle special requests with ease
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure seamless service and address guest feedback
  • Promote wine sales and service, enhancing the overall dining experience
  • Lead hiring and training initiatives, focusing on menu expertise, wine pairings, and fine dining etiquette
  • Maintain staff professionalism and appearance, addressing any concerns promptly
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training to align staff with service expectations
