Their commitment to diversity, inclusion, and professional growth has established Delaware North as a respected leader in the hospitality industry.
The Edison, located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is one of the standout venues managed by Delaware North's Patina Group. This restaurant and entertainment destination celebrates the glamour and innovation of the 1920s with an industrial-style space enriched by vintage features. Guests enjoy inventive American cuisine, live music, and handcrafted cocktails in a theatrical and energetic atmosphere. The venue blends dining, nightlife, and performance to create an unforgettable experience that is both nostalgic and modern.
The role of Restaurant Manager at The Edison offers a unique opportunity to be part of this vibrant and award-winning environment. This is a full-time position with an anticipated base salary ranging between $55,300 and $74,600 annually, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The Restaurant Manager will be a visible and hands-on leader responsible for setting the tone for service excellence each day. This role demands actively engaging on the floor to create memorable guest experiences, leading by example through coaching and inspiring team members and ensuring smooth, high-quality restaurant operations.
In addition to operational management, this role emphasizes cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace where team members feel supported, motivated, and empowered. The Restaurant Manager will schedule and assign service and kitchen team tasks, monitor team performance, and maintain compliance with quality, sanitary, and legal standards. Training and development of team members, addressing guest concerns professionally, and fostering a culture of teamwork and morale are essential responsibilities. The position requires working days, evenings, holidays, weekends, 10-hour shifts, and special events, aligning with the dynamic demands of the hospitality industry.
Delaware North values its team members' personal and professional journeys, offering comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and generous friends-and-family discounts at various properties.
