Job Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to relocate to Temecula, CA before starting work
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to manage inventory and scheduling
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience casual dining preferred
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Delivering timely, friendly service and upholding Applebee's standards
- managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
- recruiting, training, and developing team members
- maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- managing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
- supporting operational excellence from line checks to accurate paperwork
- jumping in wherever needed including cooking, bartending, or greeting guests
