The Restaurant Manager & Sommelier role at Makeready LLC offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced individual to join the team in Columbus. This position combines the responsibilities of overseeing daily front-of-house operations with the specialized knowledge and passion of a sommelier. Job Requirements
- Sommelier certification
- Experience in restaurant management preferred

Job Qualifications
- Sommelier certification required
- Extensive wine knowledge

Job Duties
- Keep a keen eye on the daily front of house operations
- Interact with customers to receive feedback on service
- Open and close the restaurant as needed

- Maintain a current understanding of the restaurant's wine program and make updates as needed
