Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum ten years of experience in hospitality
  • minimum five years of management-level experience in fine dining
  • knowledge of sustainable seafood practices preferred
  • ability to lead diverse teams
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

  • Minimum ten years of hospitality industry experience
  • minimum five years in a leadership role within high-end restaurant settings

Job Duties

  • Lead multiple restaurant departments
  • assist the General Manager with overall restaurant operations
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
  • manage and support service managers and restaurant staff
  • maintain high standards of hospitality and service excellence
  • oversee restaurant performance and team accountability
  • implement sustainable and quality-focused practices
