Job Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred
- 3-6 years restaurant experience
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling and crouching
- strong communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- understanding of alcohol service compliance
- ability to manage inventory and supplies
- commitment to following safety protocols

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
- ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
- interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food
- ensure the restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards
- resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments to resolve service delivery issues
- check that all equipment is in working order and follow up on repairs
- document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply
- abide by state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- oversee serving staff to ensure proper liquor controls and cash handling procedures
- comply with accounting policies to ensure SOX compliance
- participate in marketing efforts and assist in menu and special preparations
- follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
- practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA standards
