We operate under a brand that emphasizes core values such as people-centric leadership, excellence in service, and nimbleness in adapting to changing market demands. Our establishments strive to provide memorable dining experiences that meet high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant Manager presents a chance to grow within an industry-leading company with a clear career progression path from Food and Beverage Manager to Food and Beverage Director, reflecting our commitment to internal development and leadership advancement.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role overseeing the daily management and direction of restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will ensure that every aspect of the restaurant meets established guest service and sustainability standards. This includes managing and supporting a team of associates through interview, selection, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluation processes to guarantee performance aligned with our brand values and hospitality standards. You will be instrumental in maintaining consistent food quality, engaging directly with guests to gather feedback and improve service, and upholding sanitation and safety protocols to provide a safe environment for both guests and employees.

You will be responsible for overseeing equipment functionality and maintenance by managing work orders and coordinating repairs. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing initiatives by creating menu ideas, analyzing competitor offerings, reporting on food trends, and assisting in the preparation of specials. As an advocate for sustainability, you will champion and implement the EarthView program’s practices within daily operations.

This position requires a proactive approach to resolving guest complaints and operational challenges by collaborating with other departmental leaders to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience. The work environment is dynamic, necessitating flexibility with scheduling including weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts, as well as physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and other movements. By joining our team, you will be part of a culture that believes in people as our greatest capability, serving with heart, striving for only excellence, staying nimble, and owning every aspect of your work.
