Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience
- flexibility for scheduling including weekends and holidays
- willingness to transfer to different locations
- ability to attend regular meetings
- understanding of health and safety standards
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week
- must be 21 or older to enroll in 401K
- able to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- ability to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell
Job Qualifications
- Current food management certification
- basic math skills including counting currency and making change
- basic computer skills
- ability to read and write English
- effective communication skills
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to stand and move continuously for up to 4 hours
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- coordination to operate kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the day
- read and write notes in the manager’s daily log
- attend weekly manager meetings and monthly staff meetings
- read the weekly memo
- complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- communicate with managers on duty when shift is completed
- provide honest and accurate reports of all events
- comply with all policies, rules, and directions
- attend quarterly supervisor meetings
- order supplies and formulate pars
- adhere to health code standards
- conduct interviews and issue written performance evaluations
- ensure compliance with dress and grooming policies
