Today, Flynn Group operates over 460 Applebee's locations across 24 states, showcasing its remarkable growth and operational success. In addition to Applebee's, Flynn Group owns and operates a diverse range of premier brands including Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness, positioning itself as the largest franchise operator in the world. The company is driven by a clear mission to be the premier operator within each of the brands it manages by upholding core values centered on genuine care for people, champion-level performance, and a unified team approach.
