Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the restaurant industry
- prior management experience required
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- exceptional organization and leadership skills

- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- reliable means of transportation
- 50 hours work week minimum
- must be able to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- manage restaurant staff and daily operations
- implement and uphold restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
- create and ensure the best possible guest experience
- oversee inventory management and ordering
- monitor financial performance and budget adherence
- train, motivate, and lead the team
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
