Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completed required learning zone training and certifications if promoted internally
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months supervisory role experience
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Open availability and flexible to work all shifts
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to handle decisions and conflict resolution
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to develop self and team

Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Strong preference for internal promote from AGM with completed learning zone training and certifications
- High school diploma or GED required, undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience preferably in service-related business
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills
- Excellent decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change

- Effective time management skills to meet objectives
Job Duties
- Ensure cost categories including food cost, labor cost, cash and controllable expenses are controlled to company guidelines and budgeted levels
- Work to produce positive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality
- Maintain adequate staffing levels for all days and shifts to meet scheduling requirements
- Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- Perform hiring process for new crew members, shift leaders, and assistant general managers
- Coach and counsel crew members and managers, training team to certification and performance standards
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization, ensuring food service sanitation compliance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
- Verify a safe environment for employees and guests and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure preventative maintenance for equipment and facilities and report needed repairs
- Provide excellent guest service and handle complaints to facilitate repeat business
- Provide timely feedback to area coach on operating results
- Manage turnover through effective selection, training and fostering a positive work environment
- Prepare food and handle cash register as needed for guests and training purposes
