The Restaurant Manager role is pivotal, tasked with overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations while embodying the core values of the company. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage staffing, optimize food and labor costs, and ensure superior guest satisfaction. The manager will lead by example in fostering a positive culture that aligns with company standards, driving the team to meet financial and operational goals. Responsibilities include performance management, recruiting, training, and developing staff alongside maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The manager will also be accountable for inventory controls, vendor coordination, and the management of scheduling to guarantee that the operation runs smoothly on every shift. Essential to this role is proactive problem-solving regarding guest complaints and operational challenges, with a goal of turning every visitor into a returning guest.

Additionally, the role demands a high standard of financial oversight, including budgeting, managing costs related to sales and labor, and ensuring all administrative tasks are compliant with company policies. The manager is expected to conduct regular audits such as Food Excellence self-assessments to maintain quality standards. The position reports to the District Manager and involves working approximately 50 hours per week, including some of the busiest days and multiple opening, mid, and closing shifts. Candidates should be ServSafe certified and committed to maintaining health and safety regulations. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
