Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of P and L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality preferred

  • Multi-unit management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in P and L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts, including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG quality and presentation standards
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal service levels
  • Lead onboarding and training plans for new hourly crewmembers
  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all crewmembers
  • Follow safety policies and adhere to legal workplace regulations
  • Address and manage corrective actions for Coyle and NSF audits
  • Communicate OTG policies and procedures consistently using the crewmember handbook and CBA
