The role of Restaurant Manager at Hilton offers a unique opportunity to lead daily operations within one of the hotel’s dining outlets where you will play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences. Daily responsibilities include managing outlet operations such as guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, and budgeting. You will oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives designed to boost sales while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Building a highly engaged and motivated team is also a critical component of the role, involving recruiting, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional development opportunities.

Whether you are embarking on a new career journey or seeking fresh challenges, Hilton supports your growth at every step. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, driven by integrity, and excel in leadership and teamwork.
