Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in full service restaurant management required
- Proven leadership skills in an upscale dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commute to Houston TX 77042
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a full service restaurant manager with an upscale environment
- Understanding of kitchen management and food production
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in catering office delivery and private events management
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth and efficient service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Recruit train and motivate staff Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and address any issues to maintain a positive work environment
- Manage budgets control costs and analyze financial reports to drive profitability Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints effectively Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and increased sales Oversee catering and private events
- Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage and handling of food and beverage items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures
