We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in managing busy restaurants, specifically in full-service or fast-casual dining environments. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage staff schedules, oversee inventory and labor costs, and address guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Restaurant Manager must be capable of leading shifts, including weekends and peak times, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods. Experience with catering operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.

This position is not suited for first-time managers or individuals whose experience is limited to fast-food shift leading without comprehensive operational responsibilities. We prefer candidates who demonstrate a stable work history and have an extensive background in managing high-volume restaurant environments such as BBQ joints, casual dining establishments, sports bars, or similar venues like Texas Roadhouse, Jim 'N Nick's, Chicken Salad Chick, Panera Bread, or local catering operations.
