Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
  • Ability to obtain a valid food handler card
  • Ability to obtain a valid ServSafe certification
  • Strong leadership skills with high flexibility
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans supportive of company and market strategies to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
  • plan schedules and analyze staffing needs ensuring appropriate development and training of employees
  • exercise discretion in addressing changing business demands
  • ensure menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards
  • maintain proper inventory levels for food and nonfood items following company guidelines
  • ensure guest satisfaction by directing service operations in a clean and pleasant environment
  • uphold compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • maintain proper management procedures for equipment, preventive maintenance, and safety and sanitation standards
  • promote and teach company values and policies with strong focus on safety
  • manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, profit and loss, and food costs
  • monitor local market trends and implement appropriate marketing programs
  • create and maintain a positive work environment with open communication
  • administer disciplinary processes and handle employee relations issues
  • effectively manage disagreements and conflicts in a timely manner
  • demonstrate strong leadership skills and flexibility
