Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency required
- bachelor's degree preferred
- valid manager food safety certification or ability to obtain required food/alcohol certification
- able to stand for 10 hours
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- good hearing for safety and communication
- able to read, write and speak English
- reliable transportation

- Manage daily restaurant operations

- handle guest complaints professionally
- ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality standards are met
