Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing food retail and F&B operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in business software and POS systems
- Passionate about food

Job Duties
- Working as a Restaurant Manager for a brand new, gourmet French food and delicatessen outlet located at 1100 Avenue of the Americas, you are responsible for the effective execution of service for the 75-100 seat restaurant
- The outlet will be open for private events in the evenings Monday through Friday
- This location is scheduled to open at the end of September
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, restaurant, and kitchen to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, visual merchandising and food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team including kitchen staff, servers, and retail staff
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all areas of the business
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Innovate and adapt offerings to meet market demands and customer preferences
