  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant
  • bar background essential
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • administrative proficiency with Excel
  • ability to perform under pressure during high-volume periods
  • experience with financial planning and inventory analysis preferred
  • experience with Toast POS

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant with full bar operations including wine, beer, spirits
  • fine dining servers or bartenders ready to transition into leadership
  • bar background essential with experience in beverage operations and management
  • experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups strongly preferred
  • proven ability to perform under pressure during high-volume meal periods
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • administrative proficiency, particularly with Excel
  • experience with financial planning, reporting, and inventory analysis preferred
  • demonstrates loyalty and genuine passion for hospitality service
  • experience with Toast POS

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and coach floor and bar staff to maintain exceptional service standards
  • support the General Manager with ordering, inventory management, and guest service excellence
  • manage floor operations during busy service periods with composure and efficiency
  • oversee beverage program operations and manage beverage ordering as an Area of Responsibility excluding wine
  • maintain fine dining service protocols and stepped service standards
  • utilize administrative skills including Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis
  • perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
