Job Description

Eddie V's, a prominent upscale dining establishment located in Tysons Corner, is looking for an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead their front-of-house operations. As a Dining Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding these standards, overseeing the entire dining experience from guest greeting through to farewell. This is a full-time, in-person role at the Tysons Corner location in McLean, VA, offering competitive compensation in the range of $75,000 to $82,000 annually with bonus potential. The compensation package is supported by quarterly bonuses that reward operational success, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Additionally, the company provides generous paid time off, including two weeks of vacation, up to five flex days within the first year, and paid family and medical leave after one year of service. Benefits also extend to company-paid short-term disability and life insurance coverage.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of recent managing experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort setting.
