The role of Restaurant Manager at Texas Roadhouse is a vital position responsible for overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure that the company's standards for Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently met. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to conduct training and performance evaluations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Prior experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
  • Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hourly employees
  • Set employee work hours and weekly schedules, assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
