Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining environment
- ServSafe certification required
- Food Safety Handler certification required
- ServSafe Alcohol certification required
- strong financial skills including P&L, budgeting, and inventory management
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar upscale dining environment
- previous experience with new restaurant operations including training, motivating, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures
- ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and ServSafe Alcohol certifications required
- strong financial acumen including experience with P&Ls, budgeting, and inventory management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- experience managing large-scale restaurants is a plus
Job Duties
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency
- collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- lead and support team training, coaching, and performance feedback
- ensure policies and procedures are upheld, providing leadership that inspires exemplary guest service
- foster a culture of positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally
- assist with administrative duties, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and financial oversight
